The fine print, kept short.

Playful Invite is run by The PxH, based in India. You can use it to create and share invitations for your own events. You are responsible for your account and for everything shared through your invitations.

You keep ownership of the names, text, photos and music you add. You give us permission to store them and show them to anyone who opens your invitation link, for as long as the invitation is live.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that the people in your photos are happy to be shown.

Before you upload your own music, we ask you to confirm that you own it or have the rights or licence to use it in your invitation. By confirming, you agree that:

• you are fully responsible for the music you upload and for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights;
• you will cover any loss, damages or costs that The PxH suffers because music you uploaded infringed someone else's rights;
• we may remove the music, without notice, if we receive a copyright complaint about it.

Commercially released film and pop songs usually need a licence from the label or rights-holder, and buying or streaming a song does not give you that licence. If you are unsure, choose one of our included tracks.

• Content you don't have the rights to, including music, photos and artwork.
• Anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harasses or impersonates someone.
• Using invitations to send spam, malware or scams.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

If you believe something on an invitation infringes your copyright, write to our Grievance Officer at payaswani@playfulinvite.com with:

• the invitation link;
• the work you own, and the content you believe infringes it;
• your name and contact details, and a statement that the complaint is made in good faith.

We will acknowledge valid notices within 24 hours and remove or disable the content within 36 hours. We let the host know, and we may close the accounts of hosts who repeatedly upload infringing content.

You pay once to publish an invitation. Every price is shown before you pay, and every mini-game is included free. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

We work hard to keep invitations online and working, but we provide Playful Invite “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by content hosts upload, or by interruptions outside our control.

When we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects hosts with live invitations, we will email them before it takes effect.

For complaints about content on Playful Invite, including copyright complaints, contact our Grievance Officer, as required by India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
